Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy and almost opaque, nutty brown with a small, beige head. Nutty, spicy, caramelly and roasty nose with a hint of lactic tartness. Medium body, again nutty, roasty with spices - fairly dry. Very light for a spiced Belgian Dark. And again lactic tartness. Clearly infected, but somewhat drinkable. 080922

Bottle, huge thanks HP! Slightly hazy dark ruby body, thick, big beige head. Creamy aroma, a bit yeasty and some red / dark fruit. Lean, dry taste, caramelly, light raisins, prunes, soft, ending a bit carbonated, but the taste doesn't go anywhere in particular.
