Ekipa iz pogona iskoristila je zimu za lageriranje (a.k.a. odležavanje) nekoliko različitih lagera… Ovo je još jedan tradicionalni stil piva. Lager s tipičnim Vienna sladom koji je zericu jače karameliziran od pilsnera pa otuda ugodna karamela i voćnost u okusu. 0,5L Arome su vrlooo nježne i osvježavajuće, ali s dobro formiranim tijelom. Osjećaju se karamela i korica kruha s nježnim podsjetnikom na bijela vina i crni ribiz. Upotrijebljen je njemački hmelj novog vala – Halertau blanc koji ostavlja harmoničnu blagu gorčinu. Bistro lager pivo svijetlo bakrene boje. Osvježavajuće, vrlo nježnog okusa, ali lijepo formiranog tijela. Arome karamele i korice kruha s nježnim podsjetnikom na bijelo vino i crni ribiz. Umjerena do niska gorčina dolazi od njemačkog hmelja novog vala - halertau blanc.

Bottle, thanks Hrabren! Hazy amber-red, quite dark for a Vienna. Misty copper kinda works too, meh. Off-white, thick head, medium retention. Interesting, sharp aroma combining, carmelly maltiness, tropical touches, some spicy/herbal bits, red grapes, but mostly the maltiness. Interesting taste, if not completely inviting, dry caramelly maltiness and overripe fruit clinging to its sides, lean, dry, light, without nearly any bitterness. And it actually works.

0.5 l bottle shared with Marko. Clear copper, medium off-white head. Toasty, malty, dried fruit, caramel and lightly buttery aroma. Some harsher notes coming up, phenols. Light to medium body, soft to moderate carbonation, nice toasty flavour, some caramely sweetness, nicely balanced with bitterness. A bit sticky. Very nice toasty finish, moderately dry.

Bottle, 0.5l. Cloudy amber pour, one finger creamy beige head. Long lasting, very good head retention. Sticky lacing on the glass. Malty nose, toasted caramel, herbs and spices, bready. Medium body, lively carbonation. Average mouthfeel and texture, prickly, chewy, easily drinkable. Bittersweet taste. Malty aroma, roasted malt, caramel, bread. Some yeasty notes, herbs and spices. Mild peppery. Fruity notes in the background. Medium lasting finish, dry. Ok.

Bottled 500ml. -from Pomalo Zagreb. Darker amber coloured, medium sized off-white head, malty caramel nose. Sweet malty, caramel, light herbal and discreet fruity with earthy touch. Dry sweetish finish.
