A hazy golden yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of farmhouse yeast, spicy pale malt, straw. Taste of dry grainy malt, straw, some brett, spicy hops.

Draught @ BeerGeek Bar. Pours almost clear golden with an offwhite head. Aroma of malt, yeast, barnyard, hay, herbal hops. Flavor is light bitter, malt, yeasty, herbs, grassy hops. Medium body, average carbonation, dry and light bitter finish. Refreshing. 211022

Draught Very dense & fine snowwhite head, over not very carbonated metallic golden beer. Malty nose "Herb" as they say in DE, just a touch of hoparoma, if generally bit demure. Sourish first flavour; sour-sweet, bit pineapple-like; again malt, bit spicy-peppery. Light body, appropriately; indeed not very carbonated. Nice, but unspectacular to put it mildly.

Pours a foamy, very clear light blonde. Scent is raw, rough funky saisons yeast and grains. Less 'creamy' than the BE typical ones. More sharp and a destinct overripe fruity side to it. Hay. Taste is sharp, bit bitter but also a bit acidic. Raw grainyness. Pretty funky. , Notes of Brett I'd say ? Nice summer sipper.
