From Amstein, St-Légier. Opening this can yesterday, at home, after a wonderful afternoon at Pully. Not my favourite, unbalanced, not bad at the beginning and after it became, too weak in carbonation, watery and something burnt and rough in the mouth, 07.09.2024.

Can at home, courtesy of the MONYO crew. Slightly deeper golden pour with a white head. Nose is a mix of kinda weird sweet grainy notes and some subdued hops. Taste is moderately sweet, kinda bitter with no promounced hop profile really. The finish is dry, the body is light to medium.

0.33 l can shared with Ogi who brought it from Hungary, thanks. Clear golden, medium white head. Grassy aroma, earthy, candy, some cabbage. Flavour is perfumy, floral, grassy and lightly spicy. Sweet, minimal bitterness, bland, not fresh. Light body, moderate to high carbonation, bland finish, light and sweet.

Draft at the Monyo Tap House, Budapest. Poured a mostly clear yellow golden colour with a thin white head. The aroma is grainy malt, biscuit, light floral hops. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, with a fresh, crisp, light citrus, herbal, mineral, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied average carbonation.

Keg at the Monyo Taphouse, Budapest, 09/06/23. Moderately hazed golden orange with an off white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is orange zest, grass, citric tinged straw, melon. Taste comprises orange peel, melon, faint pine nip, citric tinged straw, light breads. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with mellow hop bitterness. Okay entry level kind of an IPA.

Tap. Nose is lime and lemon. Taste follows with lemon and lime, grain and malt, very sweet and slightly caramel.

Cloudy/murky gold with a small bubbly white head. Pulped tropical fruit on the nose, smooth and creamy with citrus hop bitterness, some tart juicy fruit and a dry finish
