On tap at the taproom, Friday 21st June 2024, we were sat outside. Very soft mouthfeel, pours warm gold, hazy, nice spritzy carbonation to this, excellent banana and a little clove. A particularly good example of a Hefe Weiße.

Huge thanks to Erzengel for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass with a nice head. Starts mild, malty, dry. More and more yeasty-grainy. Light fruity notes of banana, some dried fruits. Finish well balanced. Not too sweetish. Quite drinkable. Nice!

(bottle, with thanks to Quack-Duck) Hazy, light-orange colour with a rocky foamy white head. Yeasty, sweetish wheat-malty nose with citrus and banana and fortunately restrained clovy, spicy notes. Slightly sweet, slightly acidic flavour, light bodied with a silky mouthfeel. Wheaty, slightly grainy taste, citrus-fruity with faint notes of banana; moderately sweet and slightly sour finish. Refreshing Hefeweizen, otherwise pretty unspectacular.
