On tap at Bishops Arms - MalmοΏ½ (Gustav Adolfs Torg), pours a deep dark pinkish red, no head. Aroma is extremely rich, with lots of red berries, red currants and sweet honey. Flavour is gently tart, with lots of red currant, red berry, blueberry, and honey. Wonderfully tart and rich. Lovely.

Bottle sample at Guest Izakaya. Dark red, quite viscous. Very fruity with all the berries. Tastes like unblended cordial. Super intense red currant. A bit much really, but berry tartness brings it back in line.

Back to our regularly scheduled programming. Intensely fruity, jammy as heck, and balanced well with its acidity. BA of this would be oh so good. Berries for days.

Very dark red, looks thick, syrupy. Smell has quite a lot of unfermented honey in it, some alcohol, light currants. Thick, boozy, strong. Tastes quite tart, but still some sweetness. Lots of blackberries, soft currants. Quite intense, but pretty tasty.
