Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Deep orangey gold colour, bubbly white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of fleshy apple, pulpy, fruity. Taste is apple fleshy, fruity, some toffee & caramel hints, with acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying tannic finish with some residual sweetness. Quite drinkable.

Bottle at home, from Cider Incider, 29/05/22. Golden copper pour with a decent sixed white cap as it goes for ciders that dissipates over time but still retains in the form of some edging. Nose is bitter sweet apples, hint of caramel, orchard wood. Taste comprises sweetish apple pulp, tannins, caramel, sugars. Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation, drying close. Not bad ... a little on the sweet side for my liking.
