8/8/2025. From BIAB at GBBF 2025. Aroma starts with a little mucky/straw, with sweet apple, caramel, brown sugar and a funky edge. Fairly sweet with some drying tartness. Quite drinkable.

Bag-in-a-box at GBBF 25. Slightly opaque gold. Aroma is peel led. Pithy. Some stewed apple sweetness and a sour edge. Bitter. Sour. Fruity vinegar and tanin over a sweet underbelly. Light. Thin if sticky. Soft carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Fine.

BIAB at Welsh Cider and Perry Festival, 03Jun2022, Caldicot Castle, Wales. Bright golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, fruity, alittle funk. Taste is sweetish, apple, fruity, fleshy, with bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
