BIAB at Tom's Tap Cider Fest 02Jun2022, Crewe. Pale yellow colour, bubbly rim and aroma of light pear. Taste is sweetish, pears, fruity, apple, with some light acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium sweet apple & pear finish. Quite OK
