Thatchers Cox’s is a refreshing medium cider. It’s packed full of all the sharp sweetness you’d expect, but lightly sparkling and aromatic which you may not! A delicious surprise.

500ml bottle from National Brewery Centre, Burton-on-Trent. Pale yellowy golden colour, thin white foam head that leaves some lacing and aroma of apple, fleshy, sulphury hint. Taste is sweetish, fleshy apple, fruity, apple skin, with some tartness and citric acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying finish. Quite drinkable.
