Аромат очень сладкий, действительно есть нотки от чизкейка, прямо творожно сырный аромат, затем сладость от малины, как будто джем, белый шоколад, но не сильный. Цвет мутный, бледно розовый, пенка средняя. Вкус сладкий, уже меньше чизкейка и больше джема с белым шоколадом. Послевкусие сладкое как от пироженого, но все сбалансированно, радует что белый шоколад снова не на перпвом месте. В целом отличное пиво, но дороговатое.

Keg at Heidrun, 14/09/22. Hazed strawberry red with a good sized lasting crimson cap. Nose is big on raspberry ripple, white chocolate, vanilla essence, sharp berry fruits. Taste comprises tarter raspberry than the nose suggested, cheesecake base, vanilla, white chocolate, herb, sharp berries. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced acidic kiss. Solid fun sour weighing in below the stated 8%.

Can from the brewery. Cloudy pinkish colour with a white head. Aroma and taste are tart raspberry and light bitter chocolate. Full body.

Keg at the wee vault. Pours hazy orange, nose is raspberry, white chocolate, caramel, funk, taste is similar, tart, juicy, sweet.
