Naturtrüb und golden in der Farbe. Nach einem malzigen Antrunk entfaltet sich die facettenreiche Bittere auf dem Gaumen.

Lahev (Diky do Bodamskèho jezera!):Golden, hazy, small stable white foamy layer, exotic fruits and floral hops in the moderate bitter-sweet nose, mild traces of sweet pale malt detectable as well; mild to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied and soft; slightly lingering drier - but not very dry - bitter-sweet finish with exotic fruits and pale malt. A miracle! A well crafted Bier from a cheap and awful supermarket...

Mild floral beginning, fresh and interesting. The floralness is round and fresh, mild malty, moderate sweetish. The hops are quite intense, fitting good into the malty body of white chocolate and fresh caramel. Mild and moderate bitter aftertaste. Nice.

0.33 l bottle from local ’LIDL’, best before October 2017. Slightly hazy, golden yellow with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Quite fruity, floral and a bit grassy aroma of citrus, white grapes and fresh grass. Slightly sweetish, rather fruity-grassy and quite floral taste of lemon peel, pineapple, white grapes and fresh grass, followed by a short, moderately grassy-bitter, slightly peppery-dry finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Quite tasty actually, dangerously drinkable, expected way less, the Hallertau Blanc is clearly detectable. Has got nothing to do with what is nowadays understood as a White Stout though, but who cares anyway?!

3x0.33l bottles from lidl in berlin, 2.19€/pack. mild aroma of herbal hops, weed, citrus, which disappears after a while, leaving mostly grains and alcohol. and some sauerkraut and other off-flavours. flavour of grass, resin, alcohol. medium bitter finish. not sure how this is supposed to be a stout.

(bottle, 33cl) Slightly hazy, pale golden colour with a blond mid-sized foamy head. Moderately fruity hoppy aroma with notes of citrus, grapefruit and mildly grassy accents, accompanied by a whiff of white bread and urinal cake. Bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied with a tame carbonation. Dry-ish pale malt character with notes of white bread and present fruity and grassy hoppy notes; bitter-sweet, slightly sticky finish. Not the worst one of the Maltos series. 19.XII.16
