Svart med lys brunt skum. Lukter mørk sjokolade, lakris og havre. Fyldig. Smaker salt lakris, kaffe og kakao. Middels lang.

Casi negra de ligero tinto rojizo, absolutamente opaca, espuma ocre, anaranjada, bastante bonita pero de poca retención. Notable aroma de tono, licórico y notas ahumadas. En boca intenso cuerpo , Denso y oleoso. Sabor alcohólico de intensas maltas tostadas, chocolate y humo. Final intensamente amargo y alcohólico. Potente y ajustada al estilo.

330ml bottle. Pours opaque black with a small beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, dates, smoke. Taste is light sweet, roastiness, dates, dark chocolate, smoke. Medium bitter finish. Full bodied. Good one.

Catada en schnifter. Color marrón oscuro, casi negro, espuma beige de retención muy discreta. Huele rica, malta torrefacta, café, cacao, ciruelas pasas, licor... En boca es de cuerpo medio, poca carbonatación, algo oleosa, domina el amargor con muy pequeña nota dulce al final, toques de ceniza y maltas requemadas, retrogusto definitivamente amargo. Personalmente me atrae más por el olfato que por el paladar. Buena cerveza, aunque me invita más a seguir buscando que a repetir.

Bottle. Dark brown color with medium beige head. Aroma of coffee, dark malt, chocolate, vanilla. Taste is full of chocolate, coffee, vanilla, alcohol. Not bad at all, despite of burning alcohol.

Foggy deep brown, one finger tall ivory-coloured frothy head of medium retention. Aroma: toasted and roasted malt, dried figs and dates, floral hop, slightly smoked and salty, distant alcohol. Taste: light sweet, medium bitter. Massive dark malt, floral hop. Some additional esters, dmoke and salt coming along. Mouth feel: medium body, soft carbonation. Summary: ok

Pours brown, not black. light brown head. dark fruity aroma like a quad, roasted malty notes, raisins, dates. coffee. flavor is smoked malts, roasted malts, only very faint dark dried fruits, very roasted and hard roasted malty forward. tons of smoked malts too, flavor is a lot better than aroma, and a lot heavier than I expected seing the beer being not that dark. A lot of the flavor is from smoked malts. Interesting twist to the imperial stout style, not bad.

Dark deep brown, small beige head. The aroma is quite malty - strong base malts, molasses, touch of dark fruit, some booze, very little roast. Similar taste - solid malty swertness, reduced roast, moderate heat, moderate roasty and hoppy bitterness, some ashes. Low carbonation, smooth body. A pretty tame, but otherwise decent straight impy.
