Can. A small, dense off-white head. Whiteish yellow body. The aroma is mostly piney, with grapefruit and a touch of alcohol and pale malts. It's full-bodied and lightly warming on the palate, quite dry and with a nice bitterness. Pine cones, resin, grapefruit and generic citrus flavor, with some pale malts and a good dash of alcohol. Pours murky golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, citrus, grapefruit and orange finish. Body is medium sweet and medium bitter with a long citrus, grapefruit and orange finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Endelig er vi tilbake på Mi2 Cardinal, dette fristed for den sunne og formålsløse glede! En kveld som bød på mye god sikringskost fra fat (pluss en og annen butelje og boks). Også denne fra fat: grumset skittengul med fint skum som varer. Overmodne tropiske frukter og ditto citrus, hint av høy. Igjen en god, frisk og eminent nytbar øl fra kvalitetsbryggeriet i Hillevåg, men bortsett fra det lite tiltalende utseende til forveksling lik så mange andre herfra.
