Das Negrito (spanisch: „Kleiner Schwarzer“) ist das perfekte Bier zum Food Pairing. Ob zur Brotzeit, gegrilltem Fleisch, zu süßen Speisen oder ganz einfach ohne Food genossen, Negrito Stout passt! Im Brauprozess sorgt das eingebraute Röstmalz für die tief schwarze Farbe und für Aromen von Schokolade und Kaffee im fertigen Bier. Haferflocken sorgen für kräftigen Schaum und einen knackigen Geschmack. Der Hopfen spielt bei unserem Stout eine eher untergeordnete Rolle. Die obergärige Hefe knabbert den Malzzucker weg und erzeugt so etwa 5,5 vol% Alkohol.

Cremig malziger, mild säuerlicher Beginn. Mild schokoladig, leicht pappig, feine Bitterkeit. Zum Ende etwas trocken, mittellanger Abgang. 10/11/10/10/12/11

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing. A very dark brown beer with a beige head. Aroma of sweet dark chocolate malt and lactose. taste of mild sourish dark malt, chocoalte, lactose, cherries.

Many thanks to willemsurenkel for this bottle. The beer starts Fruity and dry. Roasted aroma, slightly sourish with a nice dry stout sourness. Dry, roast, sour fruity. Nice.

Bottle, found in Hengelo. Almost black. Malty soft roasty caramally milky aroma. Malty sweet caramelly roasty flavor. Almost full bodied. Quite pleasant, in spite of the caramelly sweetness.

Draught, 5.5% at KCBD19. Dusty aroma. Black colour. Good stable creamy light brown head. Creamy, dry and roasted flavour. Like a creamy Guinness.

330 ml bottle. Pours with a nearly black color and a tan head. Nose of roasted malts, burned coffee and something fruity, maybe green apple. Taste starts with a metallic touch, maybe sour, some coffee, some acidic notes. Don#t like this combination much.

From tap. Pours hazy brown to black. Small tan head. Aroma is roasted malty. Bitter and oasted dark malty. Dry and roasted. Bitter and toasted malty. Dry and bitter finish, tasted finish.

0,33 l bottle, Edeka Lüneburg. Pours out oily, pitch black, nearly two finger dark beige head. Malt, coffee, dark berriefruity, but also a little bit musty on the nose. Taste starts with a little bit strange citrusfruity sourness. Less coffee. Dominating citrus in the second part. Dark malty bedding. Creamy smooth. Very Low carbonated. I´m not really sure what I have to think about it.
