750ml bottle, 2022, drunk, 5/3/24 at Ma Che. Clear blonde. No head. Acetic-accented, smokey Brett with mild grape and more phenolics in the finish. Malty as always with light oak and more tart grape. Juicy, tart, grapey with vanilla, oak, malt and a good brace of lactic acidity. Juicy as all hell. Lovely stuff.

Sour, tart, fruity. Green grapes, lime, woody funk, bright and clean. Very refreshing, excellent.

Zesty, lemony and cheesy with some tartness, citrus and funky sourness, hints of lime and vinous notes.

0,375l from bottle at the Brewery. Light yellow hazy color, small white head. Smells cabbage, earthy, peppery, ok smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes vinous, hints of cabbage, peppery, grape notes. Finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of cabbage, peppery and other grape notes. Rather weird, maybe too young, liked other vintages more

Bottle at the brewery. Light golden. Yoghurt, apple, wheat, gooseberries, some berries, lemon, funk, overripe yellow fruit. Medium sweet and sour. Full bodied, thick even. Quite unusual, but not bad.
