Bottle, birthday gift from Andrew. Bottled on the 4th August 2021. Hazy orange body with a few tiny flecks floating around. Low carbonation. No head or lacing. Aroma of red apple, white grape and oak. Flavour of bitter lemon and green apple, but not as tart as either of those flavours on their own - the age seems to have softened the intensity. Funky yeast. Thin to medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. A cider-like, interesting beer.

Bottle at home, from Stockholm, Systembologet, in the garden, 15th June 25. Pours an off clear yellow. Aroma is funky, tart fruits, musty. Taste is tart, sharp and funky, yeast and musty, pretty good complexity, fruity and sour.

Small rim of whitish bubbles over golden-orange beer. Nice grapey, orangey lambic, horseblanket, intense yet delicate. Sourish, woody, typical "malse" lambic. Again grapey, almost vinous. Faintly lemony, even as preserved lemon, again delicate flavours. Acidthinning and light -burn, velvety texture and yet sufficient carbonation. Another really great 3F. The lambicblend is superb - "mals" being the exact word. Txs to Stef!

Bottle. Lovely blend, very deep funk, apricot, oak, yoghurt, dank wet weedy funk galore. Medium sour and bitter, lighter bitter. Almost full bodied.
