750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Sparkling, orange gold colour, short-lived bubbly white foam head and aroma of fruity apple, some funk. Taste is tangy, tart, sour, apple, fleshy, funk, with some acidity and woody bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tart & tannic finish. Quite drinkable.
