Panda at home, thanks to Fergus, 25/06/22. Almost clear golden blonde with a white crown that clears to spotting. Nose is apple peel, herb, spices, pineapple, clove, hay bale. Taste comprises sweet apple, apple pie, big clove presence, mulled fruits. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Ok for a mulled affair.

Panda courtesy of mR_fr0g, cheers Fergus! Slightly hazy golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of apple, floral, spiced, citric. Taste is sweet, apple, spiced, cardamon, ginger, citric, drying acidic. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry spiced finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottle at home picked up from Ciderlicious. A light hazed brushed gold coloured pour with a lively white froth that subsides. Aroma is semi sweet, cedar, waxy, christmas spices, nutmeg, cinnamon, pine tips, Flavour is composed of tart green apple, mixed spices, cedar, cinnamon, twist of lemon acidity, cedar tannin. Palate is semi sweet, tart, tangy, salty, prickly carbonation. Quite interesting, spices, are well integrated.
