Bottle from Valhalla’s Goat. It pours murky dirty blonde with a thick white head. The aroma is sweet, juicy, apricot, persimmon, candied peel, marmalade and a touch of sugar. The taste is crisp, dry, peachy, apricot, nectarine, persimmon, bready, marmalade and a touch of spice with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Fresh and fruity. Rather nice stuff.

Lively, hazy amber beer with a thick white head. Strong, resinous grapefruit scent. Flavour is more mellow than I expected. The grapefruit is there, there’s some pine and grass but a sweetness to it as well which chills it out a bit and makes it really nicely balanced. Crisp and refreshing, though I may have chilled it a touch more than was necessarily. Ridiculously drinkable though.

Bottle thanks to Craig, unexpected dregs run goodness. Pours hazy amber with a thin white head. Good tropical fruit aroma, mango and a hint of lime. More lime on the taste, tropical fruit. Oily texture, slightly sweet finish.

Bottles from The Beerhive and Bottle Baron. Milky bronze body with a medium off-white head. Steady carbonation. Aroma of grass, mango, kiwi fruit and pineapple. Flavour of lime, tonic water, orange and nettles. Medium body with an oily texture. Soft fizz. This is loaded with delicious tropical fruit flavours - it reminded me of a top APA/IPA from Cloudwater or Arbor. I’m keen to try more hop bombs like this from Gallus. (I’ve tried this a couple of times and it’s scored 4.1 on both occasions - a cracking beer.)
