750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Orangey colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of leathery, apple, funk. Taste is tangy, tart, apple, orchard floor, leathery, funk, bittersweet with drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
