Draft at their own proeflokaal, while chatting with the brewer on the otherwise empty terrace on a rainy saturday afternoon. Advertised as Eige Weisse Hoppy, not quite sure if it's exactly the same beer or a more hopped version. Color: Hazy golden, white head. Taste: Refreshing, wheat malt, nice amount of hopbitterness, herbal notes and quite some lemon. No topper but quite nice beer.

Bottle. Blonde, hazy. Hint of chloride in the aroma. Wheat, yeast and chloride in the dry, but not very pleasant flavor. Cellar notes. Obviously brewing mistakes have been made.

Geproefd in het proeflokaal van ’t Kuipertje samen met LiekevdV. Het is een lekker weizen met een subtiel vleugje honing in de nasmaak.

[9/5/09] Bottle sample during LCRBM at Kulminator in Antwerp. Cloudy pale yellow. Aroma of lots of yeast, some spiciness and some wheaty fruitiness. Sweetish flavor with some fruity esters and yeast. Light-bodied.

Small, rather stable off-white head over hazy, peach-coloured beer. Coriander, insect-like smell, rotting apricots. Human sweat, coriander, yeast-ridden beer with yeast slickness, and all kinds of yeastbyproducts. Ouff... not really nice.
