Ed Young's recipe was originally winner of an IBD homebrew competition. Not only did he win the chance to brew it with us, he came to work for us for a number of years. Ed has now moved on but he beefed up the original recipe with an increased dry hop before he left.

Bottlr from Tosano. Golden color, clear, big white head, lacing. Taste is rich malty with fruits, huge exotic hops provides tropical fruit, orange and tangerine. Taste is a bit earthy, medium strong bitterness, average carbonation, long dry finish. juicy yet kinda lagery, it's ok.

Bottled 330ml (KSM Kampus) Deep golden colour, small white head and some lace. Flowery, honeyish aroma. Good ole UK ale nose. Light to medium-bodied. Honeyish, flowery hoppy flavour. Some citrus, cracker maltyness. Quite sweet. Funny but this is quite English despite of US hops.

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma bianca grossolana evanescente, colore arancio velato. al naso caramello frutta matura e lieve metallico, in bocca malto caramello e leggero frutta tropicale, corpo leggero, carbonazione leggera, dolce con amaro deciso. Una IPA scarsina. 27.06.18 Sottomarina

Bottle @ You’ll Never Walk Alone, Kolding. Pours clear golden with stable white head. Clear aroma of malt, yeast and butter, with mild notes of hops. Sweetish flavour of yeast, butter and malt, with mild, bitterish touches of hops. Sweetish, buttery aftertaste. Butter, butter, butter everywhere, big fat monster hovering over my head. Run away!!

330ml bottle. Clear golden with a reasonable foamy white head. Soft fruit aroma, flavour is more soft fruit, with very little bitterness. OK, but not the big, bold beer I expected.

Bottle, 0.33l. Clear golden color with thin creamy off-white head and average sparkling appearance. Aroma of tropical fruit, dried fruit, grass and caramel. Taste starts light sweet grainy and resinous, following is refreshing fruity, grassy and medicinal, mouthfeel is crisp, while finish is average bitter. Medium body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. Decent one...

Flaska på Kv.Åkern, Malmö. Smak och doft av citrus, lime, citron, hö, gräs med toner av karamell och jord. Lätt kropp, frisk, lagom sötma, torr, beska med smak av citrusskal.

Bottle. Aroma hoppy, fruity, earthy. Light caramel. Clear golden to orange colour. Rather short lasting head. Taste is quite surprising with its up front hoppiness. Almost no balancing malt, which also results in a thin body. Fruity, zesty, earthy, moderate bitterness with a definite touch of sourness in the very beginning. Might just be a good beer in some way, but does not fit me at all.
