Flaska från Bierothek drucken med ölföreningen. Kopparfärgad klar vätska med medelhögt skum. Tydlig sötma, karamell, kolaremmar, knäck, lätt kropp, ganska torr, riktigt välbalanserad, perfekt till julbordets sötare rätter som kålrotslådan. Gott

Bottle picked up from Sulzberger Bierhaus Pffafenhofen an der Ilm. Had this at home listening to Steve Lamaq on 6 Music, about to cook a Spaghetti Carbonara for tea. Another dreadful label but decent beer from Hertl. Pours hazy reddish/light amber with a white head. Initially soft moutheel but with a nice carbonation, malty but not heavy, drinkable/sessionable, a little caramel and a little metallic. Very good.

Hazy deep amber with a frothy, off-white head. Aroma of toffee and berry jam. Taste is bittersweet, rich with dough and yeasty, white bread. Finishes the same with a bread-like aftertaste lingering long afterwards. Medium-bodied, moderate to mild carbonation. A bit too simple. Bread and beer in one.
