Advent calendar can. Bright, fruity hop nose. Citrus, bit tropical, flowery. Crisp malt. Deep, clear gold. Tall head. Super fruity flavor, more like New World hops, crisp malt, medium sweetness goes to a bitter finish. Close to an IPL. Tasty and unique.

Day 15: Classic German style but a very craft type busy modern label featuring a skull covered in stripes… after fairly standard type labels for the last few days it took me by surprise. Nice deep gold with thick foam which leaves spotty lacing behind. It has a bready balanced aroma featuring semi-sweet malts and herbal hoppy elements. Quite full bodied dry and crisp. The taste matches the aroma but adds a few earthy and minty elements. Not bad.

Can. Gold with a cm of white head. Aroma of crackers, a touch of biscuit, grass. Dryish with crackers, some caramel, firm grassy bitterness. An odd metallic touch.
