Appearance: golden yellow color with a two and a half fingers of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: floral, citrusy and grassy hops up front over a super light biscuity malt base
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas together sweetly at first then with a little more warmth it turns bittersweet; citrusy and floral finish
Texture: light to medium bodied - maybe a touch closer to light, sessionable; fairly smooth along the tongue but also some hop assertiveness
Overall: pretty nicely done APA worthy of coming back to

16.9 oz bottle dated April 15, 2025. Golden yellow with off-white head. Aroma is lemon citrus, floral notes. Taste is lemon citrus, floral notes, light bitterness. Medium body. Solid IPA.

500ml bottle. Mango aroma with notes of pineapple, grapefruit, tangerine, rose, chamomile, grassy hops and pine. Pours clear golden colored with a finger of white head that has excellent retention and good wispy lacing. Starts with mango, pineapple, rose and tangerine flavors. Finishes dry but quite smooth with grapefruit, chamomile, grassy hops and pine flavors. Good stuff.

Bottle at home watching hockey playoffs. Light gold some cloudiness and soapy white head. Nose is grapefruit and lemon. Tatses of lemon, grapefruit, mango, chamomile, pears. Soft bodied texture just like I remember Maine Beer having.

500mL bottle, pours a mostly clear pale golden blonde with a medium white head. Aroma is full of grapefruit pith, mango, pineapple, piney hops, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is very bright and juicy, with lots of piney hops, grapefruit peel, pineapple, mango, and a dry biscuity malt despite the juiciness. Great balance and structured, with relatively bold hopping but not particularly bitter. Excellent as usual.

On tap @CBC Dallas. Last Maine tap ran dry & they switched this in within 30 minutes. Ever slightly hazy, pale gold, delicate white foam. Sweet n savory onion nose with a wink of herb butter. Thin, savory onion & mellow herbal, mostly dry, faint biscuit. Not really a hazy. Soft carbonation. More Mosaic than anything. Good for two pours.

Bottle. Golden beer with a cream head. Light dank aroma with citrus. Dank and citrus flavor with light summer fruit. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Dank and citrus linger with light summer fruit and light earth.
