Cask at Square Bottle, Chester. Pours golden yellow with a small scummy off-white head and good lacing. The aroma is a mix of rough citrus, marmalade and floral hops. In the mouth it starts off quite sweet, but very quickly hoppy bitterness takes over. Initial flavours are mixed hops, strawberries and peel, but the berries are soon replaced by generic citrus and hints of grapefruit. Finish is slightly dry and sticky. This is reasonable but thereโ€™s not much strawberry in it.

Cask at The Swan, Blackheath. Poured a crystal clear golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is biscuit malt and big strawberries. The flavour is moderate sweet and bitter, with a smooth, biscuit dough malt, yeast, tart strawberry, light floral, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Keighley & Worth Valley Beer Festival 2017. Golden-blonde in colour. Its strawberry is very stated in its nose, is lesser in taste, but still dominant in this area.
