Panda at home, thanks to Fergus, 26/11/22. Almost clear pale golden yellow with a just off white cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is pale malts, grass, lemon rind, herb, hedgerow, touch of yeast. Taste comprises herb, light white peppery spice, yeast esters, lemon tinged straw, pale malts, bubblegum, grass. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent saison.

Can at home picked up from HOTM. A translucent yellow straw coloured pour with a lasting frothy white head. Aroma is semi crisp pils grains, bubble gum, little clove, hint of fennel, lemon grass. Flavour is composed of earthy grains, cereal, straw, lemongrass, hay, spicy clove, Palate is frothy airy carbonation. decent saison.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from the Experiment. Pours lightly hazed yellow-gold with a modest, creamy white head. Light to medium sweet flavour with nice wheat bread, a little dough, some lemony notes, soft yeast expression, melon. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation; more active carb would really lift this one. Semi-sweet finish, more melon, light saison yeast, bread. Enjoyable, drinkable beer.

On tap at the experiment. Pale hazy yellow golden colour with a white head. Aroma and taste are light floral and herbal. Slight sweet. Medium body.
