A DIPA co-fermented with three yeast strains (CW house, Verdant house and JW Lees) and dry-hopped with Citra, Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin.
It's the first time we've riffed on a recipe from our celebrated 'v series' in four years. But the launch of our new collaborative project, The Mashup, felt like the perfect opportunity to bring back the highest-rated edition from that set.
Dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin, it drips with soft peach and stone fruit, followed by a burst of fresh tangerine and grapefruit. The resinous, umami qualities of Allen weave throughout, balanced by a candied fruit sweetness that lingers into the finish.

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy smooth palate, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light smooth pale malts, a light creamy sweetness. Soft cooling pine. Soft and slightly tangy stone fruits , a little soft orange, soft mango. Light candy fruits on the back end. Nice rounded fruity affair.

Vad har vi här? Jo systemet öl i hemmet efter testat en dipa innan dock inte som jämförelseöl. Här har vi galet mycket annanas i doften . Smaken är lätt överhumlad lite bitter . Nära men denna går under genomsnittet bland moderna Dipor . Påminner om många omnipolos överhumlade obalanserade dipor.

Pours murky yellow with an airy head. Aroma is tropical fruits, hops and piney resin. Thick and juicy mouthfeel. Flavour is tropical fruits, piney resin and burning hops. Long bitterness. Big and bold.

On tap at Cloudwater taproom in Manchester. A hazy orange coloured pour with a thinnish white head on top. Hoppy, orange, grapefruit, pine, tropical fruit action. It's a tasty enough DIPA but I'm starting to prefer Track these days over Cloudwater. Only 3 people in Cloudwaters taproom whilst the Track taproom opposite was totally rammed.

Can from Cork & Cask (2022) and House Of Trembling Madness (2025). Milky golden body with a thin off-white head that slowly fades. Steady carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of pineapple, bubblegum, watermelon, mandarin and straw. Flavour of apricot, orange, juicy mango and a big hoppy finish. Medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Sweet and hoppy. A big bold DIPA.
