Can. Somewhat hazy amber, medium offwhite head, really lasting. Medium resin nose, some pine and slight fruits. Medium bitterness, quite resiny. Slightly sweet. Some alcohol warmth. Lasting bittery aftertaste. Peppry finish. Light body.

Plechovka z Vinoteky Juzanka. Vona vyrazne chmelova. Karamelova farba a husta pena. Sladkasta karamelova chmelova silna chut.

Ein wirklich enttäuschendes Bier. Ich habe bis jetzt nicht gewußt, dass man ein Double IPA durch Dimethylsulfid (DMS) verhaut werden kann. Aber der General schafft das. Es ist zwar enorm hopfenbitter und setzt zu ein paar netten Bitterhopfenaromen an, aber dann kommt der buttrige DMS-Ton und haut alles tot, denn es ist nämlich nicht nur ein bisschen buttrig (das hätte ihm vielleicht sogar Charakter gegeben), sondern deutlich unangenehm. Mit diesem General gewinnt man keinen Krieg.

Can from brewery. Deep amber color with thick off-white head. Aroma of caramel, citrus hops, residual yeast. Taste, malty base with caramel, moderate sweetness and hops, rezidual yeast. Burning alcohol. Not bad, but not stellar.

Hoppy aroma and taste, citrus fruit, malty notes, medium bitter. Medium body, hippy fruity bitter finish with light alcohol notes. Ok.

Can from brewery online store. Very decent DIPA, feels like Patriot on steroids. Hoppy, med to full bodied, nice one, enjoyable.
