Imperial Stout w/ Maple Syrup, 30°, 10,8% ABV
Pocitová sladkost lahodného kanadského javorového sirupu nám umožnila posunout hranice našich velkých stoutů ještě dále. U Big Maple Tree jsme zvýšili hořkost a pražení, abychom vytvořili dokonalou rovnováhu obou chutí. Lehká nasycenost s hladkou texturou vytváří podmanivý lavinový efekt, který je příjemný na pohled, zatímco dekadentní aroma hustého javorového sirupu smíchaného s melasou a ovocnými kávovými tóny potěší nos každého milovníka kvalitních tmavých piv.

0,5l can shared by a friend @ home. Pours very dark brown with a medium tan head. Aroma is sweet roasted malts with chocolate and alcohol. Flavor is sweet roasted malts with chocolate, alcohol, hops. Very good.

50cl can. A black beer with a tan head. Aroma is heavy sweet, dark malt, chocolate, honey, maple syrup. Taste of intense sweet dark chocolate malt, vanilla, honey and maple syrup. Sweet sticky finish.

Canned 500ml. -Courtesy of Marko, shared with him & hrabren, thanks! Black coloured, small to medium sized brownish head, chocolate alcohol and mild vanilla in the nose. Roasted malt, alcohol, chocolate, light vanilla, discreet maple touch with sweetish finish. Quite thick.

Can, from somewhere, cupboard aged for slightly too long, shared with Hrabren & Ogi. Chocolate pudding aroma, not much maple, but it's there, a bit light too. Creamy, full taste, chocolate pudding, maple and a little soap. Damn, it seems to be already going down compared to what it was before. Herbal hoppy touches. 10.8% are very well hidden indeed, further respect for that. If it wasn't slightly soapy, it would fare better, but I still see this was a great one before.

0.5 l can from Prague, shared with Ogi and Marko. Dark brown, medium brown head. Very thick. Malty, molasses, maple syrup, spices, nutmeg, vanilla, a touch of cinnamon, sugar. Very creamy, soft, sticky, heavy, full and sweet. Roasty, even burnt character. Slightly tart. Syrupy sweetness. A metallic touch. Not too sweet. Bitterness. Very thick. An unusual and unique imperial stout.

500mL can, pours jet black with a small tan head. Nose is full of rich roasted malt, tons of maple syrup, and plenty of sugars. Flavour is rich, with tons of roasted malt and maple syrup upfront, with plenty of burnt sugars. Loads of maple and roast. Very rich and syrupy, but it really doesn't have much complexity. Well-made but not actually that interesting for such a massive beer.

Can from Beergeek Andel. Pours black with a creamy brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, milk chocolate, vanilla, maple. Flavor is sweet, light bitter, roast malty, caramel, vanilla, chocolate, maple, light alcohol. Full body, soft to average carbonation, sweet light bitter finish. 260722
