Imperial Stout w/ Maple Syrup, 30°, 10,8% ABV
Pocitová sladkost lahodného kanadského javorového sirupu nám umožnila posunout hranice našich velkých stoutů ještě dále. U Big Maple Tree jsme zvýšili hořkost a pražení, abychom vytvořili dokonalou rovnováhu obou chutí. Lehká nasycenost s hladkou texturou vytváří podmanivý lavinový efekt, který je příjemný na pohled, zatímco dekadentní aroma hustého javorového sirupu smíchaného s melasou a ovocnými kávovými tóny potěší nos každého milovníka kvalitních tmavých piv.

Head is medium, tanned, average retention. Colour is black, opaque. Aroma is roasted tones, dark dried fruits, maple syrup, blueberries. Taste is full malty base, roasted tones, dark caramel, dark bread, tobbacco touch, decent bitterness, umami touch, soft carbonation, very good, fully enjoyed.

Full body, med carbo, small bubbles, velvety texture. High sweetness and high bitterness, good balance. Lots of chocolate, cocoa, light deep roast, maple surprisingly light too. Overall not very complex, but delicious, easy drinking.

LCI from last year. Can shared w Gabor and Undos, courtesy of the brewer if I'm not mistaken, prolly from BPBW? Csokis, kissé földes, nugátos alapra fektetett némileg füstös, édeskés juharszirup. Rendben van majdnem minden, lehetne testesebb/teltebb azért.

Can 0.5l from our archive, two and half years aged. Clear, black. AROMA- roasted, dark chocolate, cocoa nibs, nuts, maple syrup, alcohol. FLAVOR- rich and silky, sweet, lightly bitter, warming, roasted, cocoa nibs, woody, maple syrup, vanilla, some almonds. Full bodied. Sweet massacre.

Can, 0.50l, courtesy of CanCrusher. Aroma of roasted malt, chocolate, vanilla and maple syrup. Pours pitch black color with large creamy light brown head and good lacing. Taste starts with sweet chocolate, caramel and vanilla, follows by dried fruit and alcohol with roasted malty bitterness, mouthfeel is warm and mild spicy, while finish is pretty bitter. 50cl can. A black beer with a tan head. Aroma is heavy sweet, dark malt, chocolate, honey, maple syrup. Taste of intense sweet dark chocolate malt, vanilla, honey and maple syrup. Sweet sticky finish.
