Bottle. Hazy pale yellow color with white head. Aroma is green apples, quite some vineous character. Taste is again vineous, green apples, minerals, a little bit bitter in the back. Sparkly carbonation. Interesting one, very characterful!

Shared bottle at BBT november 2021. Hazy yellow with no head. Nice apple in apples, light yeast. Taste, apples, light yeast, funk, semi sweet. Good.

Bottle at BBT 11/2021. Apple aroma and taste, sourish yeasty notes, light sour. Light to medium body, sour apple finish. Ok.

Shared with the boys at BBT 11/2021. Quite dry, with med-light sourness, light tartness. Light sweetness, hints of bitterness. The apple character here is not quite like anything else I tasted in ciders elsewhere. It got a bit of Spain-like funk, but also a bit of flowery wine-like aromatics. Moreish, easy drinking. Very tasty, very good.

Aroma: dry apple, spicy, sourish lactobacillus like. Taste: dry apple, lacto like sourush, sweety and sour notes. Tasty, interesting, really good.

Glass by bottle @ Holm Cider in Copenhagen. Unclear pale yellow golden body with a small white head. Aroma has light, clean apple with a floral touch and hint of acidic lemon. Taste is mild crisp green apple, hint of lemon, flowers and slightly funky. Light bodied and relatively short in aftertaste. Nice, refreshing aperitif style cider.
