TETTY, our Super Noble Pils.
This is a naturally carbonated and unfiltered 5.6% lager.
We have added a little spelt to the malt bill alongside lager malt, wheat and an ample amounts of Loral (a Super Noble hop varietal) and Tettnang, which is a classic choice for European lagers.

On tap at Port Street Beer House, pours a clear bright golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out spicy grassy hops, straw, and crisp crackery malt. Flavour is crisp, with grassy hops, light spiciness, and crisp crackery malt. Crisp, grassy, and clean. Very good.

8-4-7-4-14 Can, eleven weeks after canning. Pours slightly hazy yellow, with a big creamy head. Aroma is pilsner malts with white bread, hay and honey, as well as grassy, herbal hops with with lemon and spices. Medium to full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is pilsner malts with bread and honey, as well as herbal hops with with notes of grass, citrusy lemon and zesty spices. A bit sweet, but with a decent zesty, bitterness on the finish.

440ml can from the brewery. Poured a clear golden colour with a lasting white head and lots of bubbles. The aroma is malt, light citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate to light bitter and sweet, with a fresh, crisp, malt, mineral, lemon lime citrus, yeasty, light woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. I wished all pilsners were like this.
