Smell of mead, ginger. Muddy colour, small yellow head. Aroma of ginger, coriander, wheat. Flat carbon, sweet, lightly bitter.

Bottle 0.5l from local market. Colour is clear deep yellow with tiny white head. Aromas and flavours: Ginger, spices, wheat and yeast. Reminds me of some old time meads. Quite fresh and drinkable when cold but quite horrible when warming up.

A cloudy, light yellow beer with a almost medium and white head. Aroma is weird, fresh, light malts and lots of ginger. Taste of malts, ginger and wheat. Light bodied, slightly biting carbonation. Lots of ginger, still balanced, but something else could also be there.

Draught @ SOPP Helsinki 2012, Finland.Hazy matt medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, fruity, ginger. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, ginger, fruity, peppery, soapy, sharp. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. IMO to soapy and spicy ginger for me ! [20120726]

Draught@SOPP Helsinki 2012. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is ginger, herbs, yeast and some quite fruity notes. Flavour is ginger, fruits, some bready and biscuity malts as well as mild earthyness. Also rather yeasty in the flavour.

Draught at SOPP, Helsinki. Cloudy golden, mid sized head. Ginger aroma. Sweet and fruity, light bodied with clean, rounded mouthfeel. White pepper and lots of ginger. Salty finish. Rather lifeless.

SOPP 2012. Poured hazy orange with a frothy head. Aroma is strong of ginger and lemon soft-drink. Flavor has lemon, ginger with a slighty papery finish. Not a big fan of ginger in beers. Still quite refreshing.

Hazy yellow color, good white head. Smell of German radler and ginger. Light-bodied. Dry wheaty flavor, some honeyish maltyness in the background then gonger. Not very burning. Clean, good product for being their first brew. I just don’t like wit + ginger combination.

(Draught at SOPP’12) The beer poured cloudy orange. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had lot of ginger and mild fruitiness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were sourness, spices, malts and bitterness. Afteraste was sour and bitter. Very good aroma and quite bad taste.
