33cl can bought at the brewery. Pours slightly hazy straw coloured with a white head. Ginger is dominant, not so much of the usual wheat beer aroma. Some other spices too, but a bit peculiar. Not that refreshing, but drinkable enough.

Bottle. Blonde, cloudy. Floral citrus aroma. Lemongrass. Very spicy, citric flavor. lemomgrass, lots of coreander, anis. A somewhat nasty herbal bitterness. Low on carbon. Promising aroma, but very much out of balance.

Utuinen, kullankeltainen olut vaahtoaa runsaasti. Hieman pitsiä jättävä vaahto kuitenkin laskeutuu melko nopeasti. Hiivainen ja inkiväärinen, mutta myös sitruksinen ja kukkaisen raikas tuoksu. Maku sitruksinen, keven vehnäinen, kukkainen ja inkiväärinen sekä mausteinen. Raikas, pistelevä ja runsashiilihappoinen, keskitäyteläinen suutuntuma. Turhan paljon tämä jyrää runsaalla hiilihappoisuudellaan, mutta toisaalta tämä tekee oluesta nimenomaan raikkaan kesäisen terassin janonsammuttajan. Todella pitkä, pistelevän inkiväärinen jälkimaku laskee pisteitä.

BB 05/2016. clear yellow color, small white head. smells malty sweet, rather strong ginger, lemonade, parfume, flowers. decent smell. light body, medium carbonation, watery but harsh mouthfeel. tastes of ginger, tobacco, grass and herbs, peppery, some spices, parfume notes again. finishes watery but has a harsh / unpleasant bitterness to it, finishes has some notes of ginger, parfume, tobacco. OKish, kinda hard to drink, as mentioned, smell is decent, but taste is rather harsh / unpleasant bitter.

Bottle @ Aarhus tasting. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and ginger. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Dry and light bitter finish. Watery. 291213
