Pils 03. Sparkling, golden with a ice cream cone head. Has a light herbal aroma. Very herbal taste, almost mushroomy. Maybe a hint of diacetyl. Lowish bitterness. A bit disappointing, since I liked their other beers.

Bottle (as Pils 03): Golden, mid-sized lacy fluffy head; dryish grassy hoppy nose with a sweet-malty background; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied; short bitter finish. Spicy, yes, but not very aromatic.........

(33cl bottle, as Pils 03) Clear, pale golden colour with a thick foamy white head. Grassy hoppy nose with a subtle fruity touch and a light sweet malty background. Light bitter flavour, light bodied with a well-carbonated mouthfeel. Slim malty base, slightly papery taste with grassy and slightly herbal hops; moderately dry and bitter finish. Average (19.07.08).

bottle, bought at the brewery. Pale yellow colour, creamy and persistent head. Hoppy nose. Bitter-sweet character which reminds me strongly of a Czech 11° lager. Intensive and very pleasant hoppy bitterness in the finish.

(Bottle 33 cl) Pours a clear, pilsener golden with a creamy, white head. Fresh and floral aroma. Extremely sweet mouthfeel. Medium body with rather sweet pilsener malt nicely balanced by some excellent hops. A great pilsener. 141106

A golden beer with an OK white head. The aroma is sweet grainy with combined with a grassy hoppy note. The flavor is sweet and very grainy, with a citrusy grassy hop note, leading to a slighlty bitter end. The mouthfeel is very smooth.
