BBT 01/2022. Pale golden with minimal white head. Aroma of sweet apples. Taste, light sour apples, clove, wood.

Bottle shared at BBT 1/2022. Low carbonation, rather thin. Light sweetness, light tartness, light sourness, pretty good balance, easy drinking. The apple character seems rather straightforward, light honeyish, light spicy. Tasty, easy drinking, rather simple, but well made. I would like more bubbles though.

Clear pale golden with low head. Aroma: sweet Apple, light calvados. Taste: apples, quite dry, canned apples, diluted calvados. Interesting.
