Bottle@Zinc Craftbar, Vaasa. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is funk, some spicy and yeasty tones with mild tartness as well as some fruity and mild earthy tones. Flavour is sour fruits, some funk, mild tart wood as well as some acidic and vinegary tones with some mild sweetness and mild yeasty tones to it. Surprisingly messy for being Mad Scientist.

Mad X tasting. Pinkish color with white head. Vegetal, sour fun ky aroma. Acidic taste with raspberries, grapes vinegar.

Bottle at a tasting. Lots of acetic acid here, feels like a 3-year old lambic territory. Tart, acetic, feels old. Moderate raspberry character, at least it feels natural, but more in the spoiled kind of natural. intense, lacking balance. Okay.

Tap @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren. Hazy golden/brown with tiny head. Aroma is malt, lemon, tart and sour fruit. Flavour is malt, lemon, sour fruit, citric, lemon, vinegar, quite sour, berries, medium dry and notes of acetone.

Draught @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren, Pours slightly hazy yellow with a small white head, light lacings. Aroma of light malt, yeast, barnyard, light wood, tart fruit. Flavor is rather sour, malt, yeasty, rich tart fruity, light acetone. Medium body, average carbonation, dry and rather acidic finish. 021119
