Bottle 0.75l. Cloudy, gold colored. AROMA- citrusy, some tropical fruit, pear, spicy. FLAVOR- neutral, moderately bitter, citrusy, too much hop resins, saison character is restrained due to hops. Medium bodied.
Unbalanced, overhopped, still quite good.

0.75l bottle. Hazy brownish color with medium white head. Aroma: yeast, spicy, citrus, pine. Taste: resins, sharp spiciness, solid malty background, yeasty. Medium body, moderate/higher carbonation. Quite high bitterness. Interesting and fresh take on saison.

Tap at 100 piv. Moderate yeast derived spiciness, practically no other yeast character. Mixing well with moderate citrusy fruity hoppiness. Bitterness low, classic saison balance. Good.

Bottle at 100 piv. Hazy golden color with medium white head. Aroma of citrus hops, some spices. Taste, solid malty base followed by nice citrus hops, spices. Medium long hoppy bitter finish.
