Kaiser Heinrich II., Namensgeber der Kaiser Heinrich Bierspezialitäten ist als Repräsentant des Erzbistums Bamberg zusammen mit seiner Gattin Kunigunde und dem Bamberger Dom im Hauswappen der Brauerei Göller dargestellt. Noch heute findet man das in Sandstein gemeißelte Wappen an der Fachwerkfassade der „Alten Freyung“.

Dark golden colour with thin head. It's an easy drinking sessionable beer. Light malty sweetness.

Clear blond colour, white foam. Malty, a bit metallic, some caramel, light tart notes. Not very nice.

Fles 50cl thuis. Licht hoppig, süffig, maltig, wat grainy, bittertonen. (27-9-2020).

Clear dark golden with a white head. Aroma of malt, caramel notes, yeast and bread. Flavour is above light sweet and light bitter. Light bodied with light carbonation.

50cl fles van Brecht. Helder licht-koperkleurig, romige witte kraag. Zoet, moutig, honing, wat caramel, zacht en subtiel, licht bittere finish. Lichte body. Niet heel opzienbarend maar verre van saai.

Flasche bei Marktkauf. Orange-gelb, klar. Etwas weißer Schaum. Aroma: Moderat Malzig. Ein wenig Karamell. Zitrus. Geschmack: moderat Süß, etwas Trockenfrüchte, leicht würzig.

Not a helles, it is a kellerbier, light amber, a bit of that muddled flavor but not much. Nice amber malt body. Online hier gibt bier

0,5 l bottle from my local Hol´ Ab! market. Clear golden with a nearly three finger white frothy and steady head in the glass. Looks really good. Grassy smell, some apple. Taste starts thin, increasing caramel and some malt in the middle.Average Bavarian standard stuff but better than most of the rest of the world beers.
