Als traditionsreiche Familien-Brauerei, in der noch liebevoll handwerklich gebraut wird, fühlen wir uns der bayerischen Heimat und den Trachtenvereinen tief verbunden.
Deshalb brauen wir nach dem bayerischen Reinheitsgebot wie früher die „Trachtler-Hoibe“, ein süffiges, bernsteinfarbenes Bier.
Als Zeichen der Dankbarkeit für den selbstlosen Einsatz bei der Erhaltung und Belebung der bayerischen Trachtenkultur fördern wir die regionale Trachtenarbeit.

(bottle, as Original Trachtler Hoibe) Clear, golden colour with a blond medium-sized foamy head. Cara-malty, slightly grainy aroma with a tinge of draff and herbal hops. Sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with a smooth carbonation. Grainy (cara-)malty taste with notes of biscuits; sweet malty and delicately bitter finish. Easy-going and pleasant to drink. 30.IV.11

Bottle 500ml. [ As Flotzinger Brau Original Trachtler Hoibe ].Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light light heavy malty, grain, toasted, sweet malt, vegetable. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, malty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. IMO not a dunkel so wrong alias ! [20110416]

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. As Flötzinger Bräu Original Trachtler Hoibe. It’s a clear, golden beer with a small, white head. It’s quite grainy on the nose, with a pleasant fruityness. A faint roasted touch in the flavor which is else grainy and fruity. Medium body, pleasant carbonation. Short, grainy and fruity finish. A decent one, nothing impressive, but it drinks easily. 110416

Bottle as Original Trachtler Hoibe @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden (dunkel??). Aroma and taste are sweet malt grass and hops.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Comes as: "Flötzinger Bräu Original Trachtler Hoibe". Pours a deep golden with a white head. Medium body, sweet malts with a sulphur touch. Dry finish. Dunkel??? Märzen at the most. 160411

50cl Bottle. Courtesy of Fonefan. Comes as Trachtler Hoibe (Bernstein Export). Pours dark copper with a small creamy lasting white head. Lots of grain, straw and buiscuit. Flavor is sweet malts -hay and buiscuit. Medium bodied.
