Geschmack malzig würzig, leicht herb, leicht fruchtig.

Pours a clear golden with a bit white head. Smells bready, with some malt. Tastes sweet, yeasty, and somewhat grassy.

Listed as an "Exportbier" on the label, this pours as a pilsener. Clear golden color, fair amount of foam, and just a little bit more "snap" to the crisp flavors. My guess is this is more of a local offering, and not exported. The export style usually is just a tad bit stronger than the normal pils offerings here. A solid offering from this brewery, if you can find it.

Bottled 500ml. -Golden coloured, small white head, quite grainy nose. Sweet malty, grainy and light caramel with discreet notes of fruits. Hint of spices in rather dry finish. Drinkable.

Weich getreidiger Antrunk. Dann etwas getreidiger. Ich würde mir mehr Vollmundigkeit wünschen. 7/8/9/9/12/9

Re-rate from bottle. Much better experience: Crunchy malt-forward Helles with a nice bitter backbone.

Bottle. Dark golden, low golden head. Bready, light metallic hops. Sparkly mouthfeel, medium body. Bready aftertaste. Not that inspiring.

Bottle: Clear, deep golden, small - but persistent - creamy white head, sweetish - almost a bit honeyish - fruity-grainy nose; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied and soft; slightly lingering, a bit drier, but all in al sweet finish. Pleasant, easy-drinking Helles.....

Bottle from Maruhn, Darmstadt
Blond color; highly carbonated; big head. Mild malt aroma. Now most of the carbonation is gone, and the body is rounder; simple malt flavor, a bit salty. Ordinary bitterness. Simple beer, but not too bad.

bottle, mit Dank nach Bochum. Clear golden colour, mid-sized white head. Sweet malty nose. Sweet and malty start with shy hop flavours that have a grassy-herbal touch.
