Tap at the brewpub, Berlin. Pours cloudy, matte yellow with a huge, staunch white foam head. Rich biscuit nose with hay, crackers and straw. Sublime flavor, medium sweet with considerable bittern kick. Just lovely hay, crackery and biscuity malts. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation, smooth. Crisp finish with light drying, crackers, straw, bright hay. Actually some nice hops in here. Smooth and just utterly drinkable. One of the best beers I’ve had in Berlin.

(bottle, 75cl, 5.0% abv) Hazy, pale golden colour with a big and blond foamy head. Citrus-fruity, slightly flowery and herbal hoppy aroma with a mildly sweet pale malty background. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Quite dry pale malty base, accompanied by citric and slightly herbal German aroma hops; dry and almost lingering hop bitter finish. Clean and refreshing unfiltered German Pils. 23.II.12

Bottle: Cloudy, pale golden, creamy mid-sized off-white head, moderate aromatic - presumably Saaz - hoppy nose, supported by buttery sweet malt; dryish bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied, soft MF; lingering Žatecký chmel in the hoppy and sweet pale malty finish with a yeasty-fruity touch. Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a white head. Has a fruity grainy malty aroma with weak hints of butterscotch. Fruity malty grainy grassy bitter flavor. Has a fruity malty grainy bitter finish.

Hazy golden witha large white head - some malts in the aroma - taste is of malts, but olso has some unplesant sour notes - not good

330 ml bottle @ Haandtverkerstuene RBNAG-11. Hazy yellow body with a big white head. Aroma is fruity and suspicious acidic. Flavor is light malty, fruity and light acidic infected. Thin body, not much hops. An infected beer, but not as bad as the worst cases. Possible to detect some of the intended beer flavor here.

Tasting @ Home with J&C, October 2011. Slightly hazy golden with a huge white head. Malty, grainy ,grassy, with a ton of sour milk. Almolst liek a breliner weisse. Unfortuntely it must have been infected.

Bottle @ Early Winter Tasting, Odense, 2011. Pours clear golden with a small creamy white head. Nose is cabbage and glue. Odd , old and extreme.Vaguely tart and dusty flavor. Very dry, bitter and thin. Nasty!

On tap at the site: Malty aroma of biscuit, with herbal hops. Sweetish grainy malt flavour with lots of hops and a fruity note.
Bottled: Hazy golden with a big white head. Malty aroma with herbal hops, some yoghurt and vinegar sour notes. Dry and sour flavour with some grainy malt and a bitter finish. 2.1

Pours cloudy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, yeast and floral hops. Taste is light sweet and light sour. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.
