Corked bottle. Blonde. Whitepepper, citrus and bubblegum in the aroma. Thin. Herbal, peppery flavor with citrus and raspberry, some remaining hops. Totally dry. Very tasty beer.

Bottled. Slight hazy yellow color, medium white head. Aroma is peppery, soft flowery and grassy hop, spicy yeast but nicely balanced on the esters. Soft bitter taste, quite dry. Easy drinking, enough flavor. Nice easy going saison.
