Draught as "Rossbach Perry" wich is the new name acording to the server @ InCider, Prague. Pours light golden with a small white head, loads of lively bubbles. Aroma of sweet apples, ripe pear, mild flowers, apple core. Flavor is light tart apples, pear, little wood, apple core, light flowers. Medium body, average to lively carbonation, fine sparkling, light dry finish. 160816

Bottle. Aroma is roughly the same as their polosladky. Dusty, basement, sulphur. Hazy yellow colour. Taste is rather sour. Refreshing, leaves a nice sour finish, but the flavours could be more refined.
