Swing top bottle, 0.33l. Aroma is bready, yeasty and a bit sweaty with sauerkraut note. Clear pale golden color with medium soapy white head and soft visible carbonation. Taste starts medium sweet grainy, but strange sourness prevails quickly, while moderate malty backbone still felt until light bitter finish. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Would be quite good, if not infected...

Bottle from the brewery. Hazy almost amber with tiny white head. Aroma is malty, some yeast no wet socks! There's quite high carbonation but okay. Tastes malty, bread like. Good pilsner, but nothing you would remember, still, why not to give it second try.

Tap at Hostinec Richtar Jakub. Aroma light yeasty, light malty. Taste is soft, mostly malty, sugary, wort. Hops appears in finish, lightly and pleasantly. Lower drinkability. Clear golden colour, big stable yellowish head. Overall average beer, too sweet for my taste, minimum of hops.

Bottle (Diky, Cuso!): Gushing! Golden. cloudy, stable creamy white head, sourish fruity (vinegar or almost Gueuze-like) nose, apples and grains detectable; light to moderate sweet-sourish flavour with a light bitterness, light bodied and astonishingly soft; short malty and sourish finish with a quite well hidden bitterness. Infected, but still drinkable......

bottle, many thanks to Cuso! Hazy golden yellow, large and creamy white head. Hoppy aroma. Grainy malty flvours with lots of hops (Saaz?). Quite hoppy and very well balanced. A delicious Bohemian Pilsener.
