Clear orange beer, irregular yellow head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: sweet, caramel, very malty, bit sugary, strawberry jam. Smells more like a barley wine, coming of age. MF: soft carbon, full body. Taste: sweet, malty, caramel, some tropical fruits, citrus, grapefruit. Aftertaste: sugary, alcohol, some tropical fruits, hoppy, pineapple, lively finish.

Apollo, Citra, Zeus, Columbus and Cascade hops. Hazy amber beer, good cream colour head. Palate is smooth, modest fine carbonation. Apollo filth is immediately evident, mostly skunk but some onion and garlic. Smooth creamy malts, good caramel. Good pine, juicy marmalade. More hop skunk. Mild hop spice and juicy tropical fruits. Did I mention skunk?! Smooth finish. Kind of the antithesis of a lot modern DIPAs which are light, clean and fruity. This is a big chewy caramel skunk monster. And I love it.

330 ml botle at home, thanks to MrHangover. Clear dark orange amber color with off white head. Aroma is malty and hoppy, caramel, bread, pine, some grass, orange citrusy fruity. Sweet and bitter like aroma. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Bottle @ home. Nice almost clear dark orange color, medium to full sized long lasting off-white to beige head. Aroma is nice: malts and big hoppyness. Taste malts, caramel malts, hops, lightly grassy hops. But, a bit sweet as well and only lightly bitter. Hmm itβs got a good aroma but the flavor isnβt yet there, at least, itβs not (yet) what I want to taste in a DIPA / IIPA. Decent body and carbonation.

33cl bottle. Semi-hazy amber pour with almost no head. Smells like oranges, apple cider, honey. Very sweet and malt-forward, with notes of overripe tropical fruit, oranges and honey. Full bodied, thick and oily, with no carbonation and a very sweet aftertaste.
