Bottle from brewpub. Finally a beer worth something from Štramák. It’s not a top class, but it’s quite pleasant pilsner with significant bitterness. Okay beer.

BOTTLE 50 CL from Cuso. BB 20-OCT-2014.

Look: clear deep golden, ivory frothy to creamy head.
Aroma: nice sweet aromatic malts, bready, rustic, some sulphur.
Taste: starts malty, sweet, rustic, nice spicy bitter finish. A lager with hops at last.

Lahev("gšeft" s Cusem, diky!): Deep golden, lots of floaties visible, stable creamy off-white head; fruity traces of infection in the malty-hoppy nose; dry bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied; dry bitter - still with traces of infection - finish. Drinkable, surely no pleasure…

Tastinb at RJ. Bottle. Aroma very fresh hoppy. Only light malt as opposed to 11º which had more malt. Light fruitiness. Clear golden colour. Taste is balanced. Grassy hops and malt, lightly honeyish. Finish is dry and hoppy, highly drinkable.

Appearance: Hazy pale yellow color with a fine white head. Ok lacing.
Aroma: Mild malty, fruity and some citric notes.
Palate: Medium body. Tad sweet and a fresh bitterness. Soft carbonation.
Taste: Fresh mild malty, mild fruity and some lovely citric notes.
Overall impression: What a lovely fresh ale. We got it straight from the tank from the brewer him selves. He was not sure if it was ready for drinking. It was definitely!
Personal stats: On tap at Minipivovar Štramák in Senica, Slovakia.

Golden color with thick white head. Aroma of malt, bitter hops, some spices. Taste, solid malty base, followed with bitter hops, some fruitiness. Tasty, even brewer wasn’t sure if it’s ready to drink..
