(Bottle sample @ MBCC 2017 Red Session, Copenhagen) Pours lightly hazed dark orange with a small white head. Notes of funky, slightly tart natural white wine, lemon and light grapefruit acidity, soft citrus zest, musty basement, funky barnyard, a little oak, some detectable malt core. Light sweet overall but with acidity, even a bare hint acetic, and a dry, tart softly tannic finish reminiscent of oaked white wine. Medium bodied, slightly oily, and very softly carbonated. Among the most wine-like of the Bokkereyder grape lambics (that aren't wine). Good, but probably also best appreciated outside a festival context.

Bottle at Akkurat, vintage 2015. Pours slightly cloudy amber with a medium head. Aroma is white grapes, Chardonnay, wine, light funk. Body is medium, very vineous, tart, white wine, low but lively carbonation. Still decently sweet. Palate is sweet, lots of grapes, still sour. Good, but not quite of the same quality as other Bokkereyder.

Bottle at Akkurat. Orange with white lacing. Funky with loads of grapes. Almost like a white nature wine. Taste is less vinous but still all about the grapes. Light funk. Lacks complexity.
